Fresh out of Parsons The New School for Design in New York and armed with a Graphic Design degree, Ina Colayco-Bautista (who was fondly called incy as a kid by her parents thus the company name) readily put up the studio in 1998 after returning to Manila. In 2000 she was joined by then partner and now husband Tonichi Bautista who handles the marketing and production side of the business. From being a design company the couple expanded to digital printing, servicing an impressive roster of clients and companies nationwide. IN.C’s services include logo, layout and packaging design as well as printing in large format using technology that is updated yearly.Starting out with just three people, it is now backed by 70+ dedicated employees who are trained to learn the entire process of a project. Their artists are also project managers who deal directly with clients therefore cutting turn-around time, and ensuring professional and quality work from start to finish. IN.C is setting its sights on professionalizing the company further, investing in its pool of talent to ensure that its services are as cutting-edge as its technology.

Great first work experience, low compensation
The good thingsI enjoyed working with the team. As a project coordinator, I always coordinate and communicate with different departments. Everyone has different styles of work, but once you grasp them, the projects became smooty sailing. Everyone is nice, maybe because of the ambience, the office has a homey vibe.
The challengesWorkload, they don't hire enough people for the amount of projects we received.

    Overload work
The good thingsThe people were nice and approachable, friendly, and easy to go with.
The challengesThe process of book keeping is quite stressful and the system is not that easy to understand and I think the major issue for me is the work load, they shoul hire more accounting staffs for them to meet their deadlines and desired outcome of work. One person is doing a job for three but the compensation is not that worth it.

I recommend working here for the fresh graduates without working experience out there.
The good thingsThe company encourages you to use your potential to its fullest. You will be given the chance to see the bigger picture of the business process (accounting in my experience). This will provide you a good foundation for your self improvement and development.
The challengesSometimes, you'll have to be more open minded with the company culture and with the attitude of its employees. They're not that bad though. I know every company has this issue.
