Great first work experience, low compensation
The good thingsI enjoyed working with the team. As a project coordinator, I always coordinate and communicate with different departments. Everyone has different styles of work, but once you grasp them, the projects became smooty sailing. Everyone is nice, maybe because of the ambience, the office has a homey vibe.
The challengesWorkload, they don't hire enough people for the amount of projects we received.

    Overload work
The good thingsThe people were nice and approachable, friendly, and easy to go with.
The challengesThe process of book keeping is quite stressful and the system is not that easy to understand and I think the major issue for me is the work load, they shoul hire more accounting staffs for them to meet their deadlines and desired outcome of work. One person is doing a job for three but the compensation is not that worth it.

I recommend working here for the fresh graduates without working experience out there.
The good thingsThe company encourages you to use your potential to its fullest. You will be given the chance to see the bigger picture of the business process (accounting in my experience). This will provide you a good foundation for your self improvement and development.
The challengesSometimes, you'll have to be more open minded with the company culture and with the attitude of its employees. They're not that bad though. I know every company has this issue.

    Not a place to be
The good thingsThey did try to make the system work. The environment is very friendly and same with your co workers.
The challengesFirst of all, this is not a place for creative people. Second, the way the system work is very much outdated they should try to use modern tech for their system. OThank you is the word.

    Not for creative work
The good thingsLearned a lot about preparing files for print, time management, project managing, prioritization, and other useful skills. Workplace is more homey than usual corporate office. Also learned more about industry standard programs like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
The challengesMore managerial work than creative. Design work was occasional only, most of the time was spent managing the projects with printing and logistics teams, and talking to clients. Need to work overtime but no compensation. And seemingly too much importance given to hierarchy and titles.

I had fun with the job however it is not for someone who wants to do more creative works.
The good thingsI enjoy working and talking to different clients. Though, some of them are rough, everything else is okay. I also enjoyed learning different tricks in different softwares such as in Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator.
The challengesAside from everything I said, the other stuff was a challenge for me. My patience was tested most of time.
