Not for creative workThe good thingsLearned a lot about preparing files for print, time management, project managing, prioritization, and other useful skills. Workplace is more homey than usual corporate office. Also learned more about industry standard programs like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
The challengesMore managerial work than creative. Design work was occasional only, most of the time was spent managing the projects with printing and logistics teams, and talking to clients. Need to work overtime but no compensation. And seemingly too much importance given to hierarchy and titles.
