    The good thingsWork/Life Balance & Good/Friendly Working Environment. The teams and managers I've worked with are amazing.
    The challengesBreak hours are somehow not flexible, so you better be good at time management. Pay is a little low compared to other companies but you can earn more, as long as you do your task very well to earn incentives. Targets are quite high, so if you are not up to challenges, this may not be for you.
