    Not a company but a family
    The good things- Management listens and observes transparency - Pay is above average - Values employee growth and promotion (I was a TM/TL when I joined and had 3 promotions in 9 years) - Not perfect (nothing us) but does its best all the time

    The challengesa lot, management is one sided, tl is not open for communication, they are super strict when the account is only new, sme and support are super slow, sme will humiliate you when you did something wrong IN front of the leaders. They don't have their own building as well. Training is insufficient for a complicated account.

    The good thingsThey conducted a training, which will prepare you for a role. I was assign on a billing department under att, whereas I've got a chance to deal with different customers calling about the increase of their bill, their internet services, and at the same time if they want to add a line, then will process it.
    The challengesThe challenge is you that you will be a super agent, but at the same you will learn to do multi tasking, coz customers are not just calling about the bill itself, they are also asking to do some upgrades on their services, relocating internet from one place to another, looking for a discount, threatening to cancel the service if they had past due, or forget to pay on time. The challenge is, how you handle those kinds of people all in one day.
