    The good thingstravel benefits, cakes during your anniversary, colleagues who will help you to achieve and learn more. you will stay here because of the good colleagues not because of the environment.
    The challengessupervisor who's not operationally aware, supervisor who lacks empathy especially during the first months of pandemic, team leads who pass some of their operational works to the agents. contingency plan of the company most specially during the pandemic, they always want their employees to come to work instead of encouraging them to stay at home. policies change from time to time. no salary increase. please do not consider working here fin other job opportunities.

    It was really a privilege working with IASA, Inc. A great company with great management!
    The good thingsWorking with this company was really a tremendous experienced!, I have never seen a great company as them, it feels like your working with your family! I'd never felt the pressure on my job, since all of my colleague up to the upper management are very helpful. Career growth with this company fast as long as you're dedicated with your job and they sees in you the potential on moving to the next level.
    The challengesThe only challenge working with IASA, Inc was, if you're not a time oriented person, because they are really strict when it comes to attendance.
