    Great Culture, Great Team
    The good thingsThe team and work setup. You get to work remotely with a great team in an industry that's growing! Work is also measured based on output not on hours clocked, which is great and I think should be the way to go.
    The challengesIt's a startup so it does come with a fair share of challenges, like some processes not yet being in place; and changes happening on a pretty regular basis. Working remotely does come with some challenges as well, but we've become really good at working on the shortcomings and really improving how we do things.
