    great adventure
    The good thingsThey provide higher salaries as compared to other companies. Good and clean office environment. Monday to Friday work only, except on special occasions.
    The challengesVery difficult to communicate since only a few from the management and co-employees know how to speak English. They speak and understand only Mandarin. When you are asked to attend a meeting or event, you would never understand what they are talking about unless you know their language. No policies yet, just a start-up so everybody is literally learning from the ropes.
