As a whole, I kinda like the culture in Home credit Philippines. I actually picture myself retiring in Home Credit. I was thinking long term already until someone came and wreak havoc to our department. So everybody left.
The good thingsI have learned a lot while working in Home Credit Philippines. I love my day-to-day job and I admire the people I worked with. I don't feel like working since I enjoyed everything about my job.
The challengesFrequent change management especially in CRM. During my 2 years and 10 months in Home credit, I reported to a total of 4 managers already. The first managers were okay and I have learned so much from them. The most recent change management was a drastic change and because of that, many people leave the company.
