    It was a great experience working in a diverse institution
    The good thingsDuring this pandemic situation, we are grateful that Diversify offered the work from home option up to the present keeping all their employees safe including our families.
    The challengesI can't think of anything aside from adding benefits such as Life Insurance and a convertible sick leave when not used :)
