    The good thingsWorking here has been a truly rewarding experience. I started as an Admin Assistant and have been given multiple opportunities to grow and climb the ladder. The company truly values its people and fosters a culture of collaboration, growth, and respect. Everything is based on data and output, which makes recognition and rewards fair and well-deserved. Hard work never goes unnoticed — it’s motivating to give your best when your efforts are genuinely appreciated. I believe the HR Department, particularly in Global Business Services, is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that continues to evolve. Like any growing team, there are areas that can still be strengthened — especially around process efficiency — and that’s completely understandable. Continuous improvement is part of the journey, and it’s great to see the team striving for it. Celebrating 4 meaningful years with HelloConnect! 💚

    Fast-paced work overshadowed by poor management cultureManagement style leans more toward control than collaboration. I experienced dismissive communication, assumptions made without open dialogue, and very limited openness to feedback. Team leaders could benefit from stronger training in leadership and communication skills. Constructive suggestions were often not welcomed, making it difficult for agents who wanted to contribute ideas or improvements. HR support felt limited at times, with decisions seeming to favor leadership, which left agents feeling unsupported. Prospective employees should be prepared for a highly top-down management culture.

    Supportive and flexible workplace with room to grow
    The good thingsThe company was very new when I joined, and I'm glad we've been able to retain the WFH arrangement — at least for my department — which has been great, especially post-pandemic. I’ve seen the company grow and continue to expand, now with its third site.
    The challengesLimited parking and the company can still improve their benefits structure to be as competitive.

    The good thingsnone. management and HR are the worst, the benefit and pay are also an insult. If you even try to be with this goodbye connect you'll be wasting your career growth

    Worst company ever!!
    The good thingsNothing. Operations and HR people are the worst
    The challenges-OMs are not approachable -TLs are so by the book. They are all not trained. They don't know how to connect with their agents. -SMEs are not helpful And the worst of them All? The HR!!! It will take you 2-3 or more emails just for them to reply to your inquiries. Most of the time they will not respond at all!

    Salary does not match with the workload
    The good thingsI don't see any good thing about this company
    The challenges-The support, particularly in the ANZ/EP campaign, makes them feel like they own the company. -The OM-STL bosses believe they are the owners of the company, and they do not accept and value the employee's opinions. -Managing three markets with various countries at the same time, which workload does not match with the offer salary -Do not APPLY here. You can find something better -HR is a waste

    The good thingsThe reason why I'm staying with Helloconnect is definitely because of our managers they are the reason why the business is successful. I'm receiving the best treatment from the management and all my requests are handled timely.
    The challengesI don't see any challenges working with this company.

    DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME HERE. NO REPLY FROM HR IF YOU HAVE CONCERNS.
    The good thingsNone. I can't think of any good things working in this company. This is the first time I write a review. I just really have to.
    The challengesYour VL credits will not be used as expected even you filed for it. HR department and Accounting department do not address the concerns promptly. Good luck with your salaries and Vacation Leaves (VL). A lot of salary disputes and not addressed in a timely manner.
