Leveraging our extensive experience in developing customer care tailored to the immediate needs of HelloFresh, our solutions are hyper-focused on serving high-growth companies. The good thingsWorking here has been a truly rewarding experience. I started as an Admin Assistant and have been given multiple opportunities to grow and climb the ladder. The company truly values its people and fosters a culture of collaboration, growth, and respect. Everything is based on data and output, which makes recognition and rewards fair and well-deserved. Hard work never goes unnoticed — it’s motivating to give your best when your efforts are genuinely appreciated.
I believe the HR Department, particularly in Global Business Services, is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that continues to evolve. Like any growing team, there are areas that can still be strengthened — especially around process efficiency — and that’s completely understandable. HR support felt limited at times, with decisions seeming to favor leadership, which left agents feeling unsupported. Prospective employees should be prepared for a highly top-down management culture.

The good thingsThe company was very new when I joined, and I'm glad we've been able to retain the WFH arrangement — at least for my department — which has been great, especially post-pandemic. I’ve seen the company grow and continue to expand, now with its third site.
