    Running On Whim
    The good thingsStaff and empoyees are mostly young, adventurous and appreciative of favors handed out to them.
    The challengesThe President is flamboyant, emotional and driven by whim. Departments and divisions are collapsed and set up as she sees fit and people are transferred to areas that are not their areas of competency. Talents are wasted.
