Look for better opportunities. The good thingsWork schedule is fixed from Mondays to Fridays which gives employees, who are mostly young, work-life balance. Company events are okay and they are generous to employees during special occasions. Compensation and benefits are average. Workload is somehow manageable.
The challengesPerformance review is subjectively done thru an annual presentation to the Management. If the Management doesn't want you, the lesser chances of growing in the organization. Most people in HR lack empathy and are transactional, stiff, and unapproachable. They also don't pay serious attention to training and development opportunities. Organization communication is terrible, no signs of proactivness and assertiveness. Company culture is passive and traditional, while desired culture lacks support and implementation from the Management and department leaders. This organization is driven by whim and does not empower its workforce. Their approach to work defeats the purpose of hiring young, talented, and creative individuals. If you prefer an employer who listens and an organization that is energetic, results-oriented, innovative, and has a psychologically safe environment; this is not the place to be.
