What’s it like working at HARI Group?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at HARI Group appreciate the work-life balance offered by the fixed Monday to Friday schedule, as well as the home-like company culture that fosters unity. Employee benefits such as bonuses, car plans, and HMO are seen as positive aspects. Additionally, employees value the learning opportunities and exposure to various experiences within the company.

However, there are some potential areas for improvement. Concerns have been raised about the management approach, with decisions being changed frequently and a perceived lack of empathy from HR. Some employees feel that career growth opportunities are limited and subjective, based on factors beyond performance. The workload is also noted as being high, which can be challenging for some employees.

    Look for better opportunities.
The good thingsWork schedule is fixed from Mondays to Fridays which gives employees, who are mostly young, work-life balance. Company events are okay and they are generous to employees during special occasions. Compensation and benefits are average. Workload is somehow manageable.
The challengesPerformance review is subjectively done thru an annual presentation to the Management. If the Management doesn't want you, the lesser chances of growing in the organization. Most people in HR lack empathy and are transactional, stiff, and unapproachable. They also don't pay serious attention to training and development opportunities. Organization communication is terrible, no signs of proactivness and assertiveness. Company culture is passive and traditional, while desired culture lacks support and implementation from the Management and department leaders. This organization is driven by whim and does not empower its workforce. Their approach to work defeats the purpose of hiring young, talented, and creative individuals. If you prefer an employer who listens and an organization that is energetic, results-oriented, innovative, and has a psychologically safe environment; this is not the place to be.

Should you have a chance to say No, say NO
The good thingsYou will be exposed to a lot of work load and experiences (Simply because they lack manpower). The demand of work load is high.
The challengesI've been here for 3.5 years & counting, salaries are so low, benefits are not competitive compare to others, they even negotiated so low vs my previous salary, no trainings for the employees' development since I was here last 2016, HR people are very stiff and not approachable. Decisions change in any moment. We have an annual accomplishment review with the President, if you did not present properly even you accomplished a lot, you're dead. They are still lucky because they employ people who are smart that makes the culture okay but they don't know how to appreciate employees. They lack empathy.
