    Thankful for the experience and but not recommended for tenure.
    The good thingsMost coworkers are good to work with. Thankful for the learnings and experience, but not recommended for tenure.
    The challengesStressful, toxic people at the management/admin. They don't want to adapt to the changes and want to stick with their old ways because that is what they are used to. The management rules do not apply to everyone only to the lower ranks. They want employees to improve and keep up but don't give enough support or training to help us improve.
