    Good For Newbies
    The good thingsGracall is good for newbies or to those who are looking to land a job in the BPO indusry. The account is good and easy to understand and mastered.
    The challengesThe company hired a third party employment service which is common called as "agency". You will not be regularized since you are under agency, they keep saying that they will absorb you but the end of the day it is all a false promises. The management are not really good, they are selective.

    The good thingsThe company is good training ground for newbies or beginners in the call center industry but it is not good for tenured since most of their recruited employees are under agency which is no HMO benefits and offers a very low salary( for beginners)
    The challengesThe management. They don't care about their employees. They should make the employees regular instead of under agency which is no benefits.
