    AboutTalkstation Iloilo (TS Iloilo) provides online English classes to Korean students with Filipino Tutors.Company OverviewTalkstation (TS) started providing classes to Korean students with Filipino tutors in 2007. Its humble beginnings came from being part of a larger tutorial service in Quezon City. In 2008, World Global English (WGE) tutors in Alabang taught the TS students.When WGE Tutorial Services closed down in 2009, TS invited the tutors to work full-time in the company. By July 2009, TS had its own full set of new teachers.Talkstation also decided to expand the company in 2012. Eventually, a new branch in Iloilo City was founded. The Talkstation tutors comprised the desire of the company to teach premium English education for children.In 2017, under the brand name ‘Talkstation’, the directors established a new corporation, GOODPEOPLE INC. reinforcing its aim to be a quality English online academy.     It was nice interacting with fellow ESL instructors but the higher-ups are the main issue. They're very apathetic and they give us more time in training than actually teaching in the class. Sadly, the salary isn't really what it looks like from the advertisement.
    The good thingsMy co-teachers are very nice. Some students are also very generous.
    The challengesThe Higher Management needs a lot of improvement in terms of their social behavior. The working environment is quite poor too. The scope of the job is highly unanticipated. More deductions than incentives.

    Pay is very low. They only pay a daily rate even though you teach 6 to 8, 26 minute classes per 4 hour shift.
    The good thingsI enjoy teaching the students. They are polite and are well mannered.
    The challengesThe pay is low! Plus you must do daily and monthly feedback which also takes up time! The amount they pay teachers is extremely low.
