It was nice interacting with fellow ESL instructors but the higher-ups are the main issue. They're very apathetic and they give us more time in training than actually teaching in the class. Sadly, the salary isn't really what it looks like from the advertisement. The good thingsMy co-teachers are very nice. Some students are also very generous.
The challengesThe Higher Management needs a lot of improvement in terms of their social behavior. The working environment is quite poor too. The scope of the job is highly unanticipated. More deductions than incentives.
