In 2010, Global has opened its 4th branch in Makati making us the only professional culinary school to have 4 branches in Metro Manila.Global Academy is continually seeking ways to improve itself and the industry by investing in the growth of our chefs by allowing them to compete internationally and by letting them have their continuing education so as to further hone their skills and knowledge.In our pursuit of excellence, we have not only upgraded our facilities but we have also brought in cutting edge equipment used by our students who want to learn and pursue modern cooking techniques. We continually add to our list of Professional Courses to be able to address the different needs of our students in the various aspects of the industry. We strongly believe in always placing a high value to what we offer that’s why all our professional offerings include a Servsafe Certification review and exam together with Management Modules that are tailor fit to your chosen course.In 2012 Global Academy is the first culinary school in the Philippines to receive The World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) Recognition of Quality Culinary Education. This means that the school’s culinary programs have met WACS’ high quality standards of culinary education. With this new recognition for quality culinary education from WACS, it does not only bring the school to the next level but it also raises its profile in the international global culinary landscape.As it celebrates its 10th year in 2017, Global Academy has also added Professional Trade Enhancement Courses that are divided into 2 groups; the non-food PTE’s and the food PTE’s.
