I would say, 7 out of 10. Still quite fair for me. I know, as the company continues to grow and develop, I think changes is inevitable and pain is part of growth. Still grateful to the people I met, befriended, and those I treat as my real family and those who treats me as one. The good thingsI like how you are being trained beyond your capabilities. You'll be highly valuable asset to the company afterwards. Good training ground to achieve higher roles inside or outside the organization. You'll be stretched to be efficient and proficient. Great and new experiences especially for me.
The challengesI think the organization must workout true family orientation and spirituality. Beside right and proper handling of the things I mentioned, I don't see any other reason to hate the company. There's no perfect company, you just need to choose where you want to put your energy, skills, and talents.
