This company is suitable for fresh graduates or those looking to build their experience quickly. However, due to the stressful work culture, weak leadership structure, and limited growth opportunities, it may not be ideal for long-term employment.
The good thingsGreat for gaining initial experience in the industry. Company offers good benefits. Company events
The challenges-High-stress environment; requires strong emotional resilience. -Managers often bypass standard protocols and directly escalate issues to higher management. -Poor adherence to company policies, leading to inconsistent workflows. -Low salary compared to workload. -Career growth is slow. -No teamwork

I would say, 7 out of 10. Still quite fair for me. I know, as the company continues to grow and develop, I think changes is inevitable and pain is part of growth. Still grateful to the people I met, befriended, and those I treat as my real family and those who treats me as one.
The good thingsI like how you are being trained beyond your capabilities. You'll be highly valuable asset to the company afterwards. Good training ground to achieve higher roles inside or outside the organization. You'll be stretched to be efficient and proficient. Great and new experiences especially for me.
The challengesI think the organization must workout true family orientation and spirituality. Beside right and proper handling of the things I mentioned, I don't see any other reason to hate the company. There's no perfect company, you just need to choose where you want to put your energy, skills, and talents.

The company prioritizes sales and revenue over employee well-being. No support for employees, leading to high stress and burnout. The workload is demanding, and management expects results without considering the long-term impact on their people. As a result, many employees feel exhausted and unappreciated, which has led to a high turnover rate. If you're looking for a company that values wok-life balance and employee development, this might not be the right place for you.
The good thingsConvenient location near the LRT, making commuting easier.
The challenges-Employee well being is not a prority -No support from the management - management is not open to employees feedback. -Lack of career growth and worklife balance -High burnout rate, leading to frequent resignations.

My experiences here for 1 year and a half is so stressful and lots of demand to your work as if they give you a high salary.
The good thingsNone because of the toxic environment, i agree with those commenting on highly stressful and unhealthy working environment.
The challengesThey forced you to become sales even if you are an engineer. Highly toxic environment with unprofessional bosses.

    Lower your expectation
The good thingsExtra incentives are provided (which you will work hard to achieve) to compensate average salary
The challengesHighly toxic environment, crab mentality, they don't value employees time and privacy, work first before family mentality, very difficult to schedule a vacation leave, top to bottom management style (doesn't value employees idea), bosses doesn't support you (considering i'm newly employed) but takes credit for your achievement, and finally NAMEMERSONAL

    Under Appreciated Company
The good thingsGAKKEN (Philippines), INC. has good leaders, albeit these people are not in the top management. The management cares for the employees. They have nice, helpful benefits that, naturally, will be given only if the employees work hard for them. It is a good training ground for people in sales or in the printing industry.
The challengesThe management could listen more and/or be more open to new ideas from the fresh blood that comes in. Sometimes there is a perception that new ideas are bad or not appreciated. The performance evaluation should also be given more weight. It is such a useful tool, but underutilized that the employees do not sometimes see the value of their work because they tend to think that nobody cares.
