    Toxic environment that affects mental health/ dignity
    The good thingsThe application process was straightforward and quick.
    The challengesThe workplace culture was discouraging. Many tenured employees acted superior toward new hires, often focusing on minor mistakes or differences to undermine them. Instead of offering guidance, they would report these issues to management in ways that felt targeted and unfair. This created a toxic environment where new hires felt watched, judged, and unsupported.
