    No work-life balance at all
The good thingsGreat for fresh grads for experience
The challengesNo work-life balance at all. Supervisors and the CEO will expect you to report for meetings and project updates AFTER working hours even if it's already 9 in the evening. Poor health benefits and very few leaves compared to other companies with the same and lower position

Good for Experience. Not for everyone.
The good thingsYour programming skills would be developed and you'll really learn a lot on how the IT Industry works. Most of those skills were also in demand so it's really good if you are a fresh graduate.
The challengesThere isn't much learning after you've mastered the basic coding. Little to no trainings and employee benefits. There is too much pressure as well due to too much work with tight deadlines. Being skilled and hardworking wasn't appreciated here. Management will only notice you if you do something wrong. Lastly, there were no opportunities to be promoted.

    Don't call us a family
The good thingsI think if you're a fresh graduate you can start a job here for experience ONLY.
The challengesThis company is not good at handling their employee, there's no proper management, there is no increase even if it is stated in the contract if there is any you have to wait for 5 months or until the end of your contract you still will not get an increase. All their employees are leaving because they can't handle and treat their employees properly, and they still haven't seen such a problem

This company is a blessing for me
The good thingsI love this company. you'll learn many things about the Bible and God. The CEO and all the admin people will treat you like a family and they will pray for you as well when you are experiencing troubles in life. They will treat you as a family especially the CEO). There are many incentives, the owners are generous. They will not encourage you to work overtime but will encourage you to take care of your body and have a deep relationship with God. You will have a deeper understanding of your purpose and the purpose of your job. You will be given the opportunity to share the word of God. They will help you to discover so much more about God and about yourself. High Compensation
The challengesThe tasks are challenging but they will provide training to help you.

    Not for a weak heart
The good thingsGood for beginners but not advisable for long-term employment.
The challengesThe management does not value their employees as their strengths. Micromanagement is everywhere. No avenue for professional growth. The measurement of performance is based on the number of hours worked and not on the tasks accomplished. Stressful working environment. The management has no sense of respect for their employees' time. Most of the meetings are done at wee hours when people should be enjoying the company of their loved ones. No appreciation for good things done. People are forced to work out of fear and not of motivation. People who did poor works are rewarded and not those who work efficiently.

    Very stressful and uncomfortable management
The good thingsNothing much, just a few employee are nice but most are toxic, the management, HR Department, some employees and the CEO of the company. You will also force to work 20 hrs, there's no work/life balance thing when you get in this company.
The challengesWork for more than 20 hrs, and the stressful level is too much to handle.

The good thingsWork environment when I started was good, my colleagues and original team was great, indeed approachable, I can ask helped on things I can't understand or processes I'm being empty handed. I actually had been to more than 5 teams/project. Luckily we we got it deployed to LIVE I learned a lot, especially to the people around me. From being level 1, I think I've leveled up to 8 in my field. Stressful, sleepless nights but because of my colleagues, we managed to enjoy and have quality time.
The challengesNo proper training for developers, at first they will train you, but only to the internal library they have, not to updated source we have in the field, luckily I always do research and self study; I really need to, especially to my projects. Too much work for a single person: You can't implement the Time Management in such cases that your superior just gives you tasks, not minding your pendings tasks. Telling you do this first, then after finishing the first task, they keep bugging you about the another 4 tasks in 1 Project, while you are currently supporting 3 more teams/projects. Degrading your Underlings: Not all, but some does, especially my superior, not open for others ideas, always telling us its not good, can it get any better, thats wrong, design is not good, Even the client says the system was working better and faster than before. It's fine not telling your subordinate if they did a good job, but degrading your subordinate after finishing the task on time, made the client happy, made it to LIVE, less support in the client end bacause they managed to used the system. No proper turnover of projects: they will give you the task without knowing the entire process, you're lucky to have a SIGNED BR, some of the teams I went, we don't have BR, No Mapping, just IMAGINATION. Admin Dept: SEEN ZONED Department, I would love if the previous HR head would be back. The previous admin really know how to value the employees, always thinks about the employees first. Our Salary increase based on the Contract was performance based EVERY YEAR, yet it took so many months before we had it, and the retro is ............ The admin won't reply to your concerns, seen seen seen seen. They are busy watching kdrama, even in office hours, then they want us to surrender our phones everyday to them. No Family Time: Even if its holiday, or you're on your way to home, if they want you back to office, they will, ASAP SIPSIP: If you dont do SIPSIP then you won't be able to excel in your position. ahaha! Though I really learned a lot, most of them through Self Study, so if you go here, you should be packed with knowledge and do a lot of self study; if not, you won't excel.

A business solutions provider with a family-oriented working atmosphere
The good thingsThe company and it's employees can be treated as a secondary family; everyone can relate to each person's individuality and/or quirks.
The challengesThe main issue I have with my experience is not the company itself, but the client(s) that are assigned to us. Also, the company is (unconsciously) promoting a form of \"enforced overtime\".

    Great and awsome experience
The good thingsYou will force to know many things for individual enchancement. Once you complete the contract year you feel you can do more challeging things. Also the company have yearly party to gather with high expence. You will assign to other projects the held you to learn more and this learning was a great learning for your future career. Maybe for weak personality and poor attitude this might no be their field. Quiter is no room for this company.
The challengesMaybe more Eployee traning but still there are internal trainning. although it has lack of tranning to employees the challenges came from project are great help to improve the individual. For most the employees rendered more than 8 hours a day but i believe for some 20-30 years old this might be regular and a big trainning for them. It's hard to mention and to be part of achiever list but this might be great challege for you to be great achiever.

    Charge to experience
The good thingsColleagues were nice and fun to be around and they were very helpful and open when you need their help. I learned a lot especially in programmer though I was familiarized and so much dependent in their NOAH library.
The challengesHandling different projects at the same time which is should be managed by different people. Working overtime almost everyday and sometimes there were sleepless and stressful over nights. Being under with an unprofessional immature project manager is the worst. Very low salary and few leaves which is hard to use due to project need.

    Refining Character: Building Foundation
The good thingsIf anyone is not after the money but rather on experience, I recommend this company for beginners. Experience wise, this company will expose you to real world, how a company functions in their respective industry. he experience is great as this refines my character and widen my perspective at work. Awesome.
The challengesLow Salary. Unexpected calls and field works. Overnight work is normal

Overworked and underpaid, that's a thing here..
The good thingsThe work environment during my stay here was great. Most of the non-management staff are great people. The seniors were very approachable, if ever I needed to ask anything, a simple chat or email and they would usually come to you. As for knowledge, I \"leveled up\" a lot on the SQL side. For the front end, not so much but I still learned a lot especially on the optimization stuff.
The challengesAt first, workload was light, but much too soon, you'll find yourself working more than 60 hours per week. Devs handle multiple projects, most of them live ones and having too much work, too little time is common. Passion and dedication will most probably fail you as management usually sides on the client rather than their own people. Work and life balance is endangered here.
