    Not for a weak heart
The good thingsGood for beginners but not advisable for long-term employment.
The challengesThe management does not value their employees as their strengths. Micromanagement is everywhere. No avenue for professional growth. The measurement of performance is based on the number of hours worked and not on the tasks accomplished. Stressful working environment. The management has no sense of respect for their employees' time. Most of the meetings are done at wee hours when people should be enjoying the company of their loved ones. No appreciation for good things done. People are forced to work out of fear and not of motivation. People who did poor works are rewarded and not those who work efficiently.

    Charge to experience
The good thingsColleagues were nice and fun to be around and they were very helpful and open when you need their help. I learned a lot especially in programmer though I was familiarized and so much dependent in their NOAH library.
The challengesHandling different projects at the same time which is should be managed by different people. Working overtime almost everyday and sometimes there were sleepless and stressful over nights. Being under with an unprofessional immature project manager is the worst. Very low salary and few leaves which is hard to use due to project need.
