    Good for Experience. Not for everyone.
    The good thingsYour programming skills would be developed and you'll really learn a lot on how the IT Industry works. Most of those skills were also in demand so it's really good if you are a fresh graduate.
    The challengesThere isn't much learning after you've mastered the basic coding. Little to no trainings and employee benefits. There is too much pressure as well due to too much work with tight deadlines. Being skilled and hardworking wasn't appreciated here. Management will only notice you if you do something wrong. Lastly, there were no opportunities to be promoted.

    The good thingsI think if you're a fresh graduate you can start a job here for experience ONLY.
    The challengesThis company is not good at handling their employee, there's no proper management, there is no increase even if it is stated in the contract if there is any you have to wait for 5 months or until the end of your contract you still will not get an increase. All their employees are leaving because they can't handle and treat their employees properly, and they still haven't seen such a problem
