    The good thingsI appreciated the exposure to dialer administration and the chance to build technical skills in a global company environment. The role gave me valuable experience in handling customer operations and system support.
    The challengesCareer progression was slow, and compensation at the time was below the industry average for the position I held. These factors made it difficult to feel motivated long‑term.

    The good thingsCulture - Yes, we may seek for jobs with a high salary. But of course, would you stay in a company full of politics and is toxic. Not in here! Work-Life Balance - We do have that. What type of work is not hard to do? But, you still can have a life here. Mental health is also really important in this company so you'll never feel exhausted. Pay - Oh yes. It pays really well here.
    The challengesIn my 2 years here, I never really felt any challenges aside from the work itself. Like hey, what kind of job is not hard? Working is here is challenging to which is actually very fulfilling because you get to learn the things that you never knew or expected to learn at all.

Five9 has been our partner in terms of a great career, knowledge advancement, financial growth, and personal growth. Being with the company for almost 10 years, I have experienced advancement in different aspects. The Management from the CEO to the leadership team has a great way to handle and inspire their people. We have a culture of the feeling of having a family at work.
    The challengesChange is something we should expect, so far, the company ensures that their employees are not left behind in terms of knowledge. We have lots of training available. It is just a matter of being focus and willing and having the initiative to learn.

    The good thingsPROs 1. A company that pays well and has good retirement plans. 2. Management is very nice and helps you to improve your skills. 3. Provides free stock grant to employees. 4. Health card is up to 70 years of age to cover dependents. Plus two free HMOs. 5. Easy to reach out and communicate with Five9 HR and IT support. Fast response and they handle each concern with urgency. 6. A lot of training materials provided by the company. 7. Refundable certifications for Cisco exams. 8. Each department knows their support so their employees don't get stressed because there is always a specific task for each department.

    The good thingsfive9 helped me discover that I can be a technical person as long as I am willing to learn. The best team that I have ever worked with. Very collaborative, helpful, supportive and ZERO Politics. The company and the people will only want what is best for the employees. salute! Just when I thought i have seen it all. The along came five9- they have exceeded my expectations. Dont get me wrong, our job is not easy (there's no such thing as an easy job right?). But because I am in the right company with the right team, with the best leadership and management. It makes my job easier and I am always inspired to do my best and succeed. Thank you five9! I will stay here for as long as you let me :-)
