    The good things1. Competitive salary 2. Quarterly incentives 3. Retirement plan 4. Company's profit sharing via Stocks/Shares 5. No politics 6. Every employee promotes collaboration (walang maaangas na tenured. lol)
    The challengesI cant think of any challenges with this company. I've been employed by them for more than 10yrs and plans to stay more.

    The good thingsFive9 has been a blessing to me and to the other members of the company. Five9 has been our partner in terms of a great career, knowledge advancement, financial growth, and personal growth. Being with the company for almost 10 years, I have experienced advancement in different aspects. The Management from the CEO to the leadership team has a great way to handle and inspire their people. We have a culture of the feeling of having a family at work.
    The challengesChange is something we should expect, so far, the company ensures that their employees are not left behind in terms of knowledge. We have lots of training available. It is just a matter of being focus and willing and having the initiative to learn.
