    The good thingsThe entire team (not just my team) is definitely easy to work with. You can also feel that the executive leaders care a lot about the employees. All are being recognized for the work they've done well and opportunities and training are being provided when needed. So lucky and happy to be a part of this team!
    The challengesI can't think of anything right now. Maybe more virtual employee engagement events since the sudden switch to WFH setup made this a challenge.
