    agents I meet are helpful to newbie call center but low salary and benefits.
    The good thingsVery nice and friend colleagues, all the agents I meet are all helpful as a newbie call center agent for Non-voice account
    The challengesThe only challenge was the Salary and benefits are super low. below minimum as what should be provided. 11,500 per month year 2016

    The challengesThey do not post payments on the benefits on time, it's been 6 months, and still no update. HMO, has a lot of processes to do before using it as well.

    I would not recommend this company to anybody I know.
    The good thingsHR was proactively follow-up applicants on requirements.
    The challengesI passed the final interview and submitted all the requirements including medical, signed job order but they decided to conduct another final interview and on the orrientation day, they decided to offboard me for the reason that I have higher salary than the program.

    The good things- Family like atmosphere and friendly to everyone - Free HMO(Etiqa) and after regularization(6 months) can add 2 dependents for free - Free coffee and hot choco in the pantry - Sleeping Lounge which is UV Light disinfected every day

    The challengesI enjoyed meeting new people, where it developed my social skills and the company allows me to know more on what it is like to be in a recruitment department. The company allows me to work like a regular employee even though I am an intern. They allow me to utilize their resources on recruitment department. Lastly, it is good to be there because of warmth welcome made by my supervisors.
