    The challengesSalary delays and pay disputes are expected each pay day. Hr refuses to implement changes. HR GM locks herself up un her room to evade meeting with disgruntled employees

    The good thingsThe team I work with is absolutely amazing. They are a talented group of people with so much to offer. The location makes a difference, being close to home may be the reason why I stayed so long. I never had issues with my payroll and having 30 leaves to use in a year is just wonderful.
    The challengesAt times we just seem to accept mediocre performance. From the people we hire, to the pay we get. People ask for your opinion in how to improve things, but it seems to fall on deaf ears. There are too many expats in managerial positions.
