    Good place to work and we treat all as a family
    The good things- Family like atmosphere and friendly to everyone - Free HMO(Etiqa) and after regularization(6 months) can add 2 dependents for free - Free coffee and hot choco in the pantry - Sleeping Lounge which is UV Light disinfected every day
    The challengesCould have provide higher pay and provide incentives/allowance to SME's, Trainer/QA in probationary.

    The challengesSince most of our customers were elderly, we had to be very careful with the words we choose to say especially since people from the UK are very sensitive.
