    Accumulated Training Bond
The good thingsFriendy Colleagues and Nice Bonding.
The challengesThey will require you to attend seminars or training and force you to sign a training bond contract. The training bond is accumulated. Now, I am bound until 2026 and If I resign I have to pay 2x the amount of the seminar/training including all the expenses such as meals and snacks.

The good thingsI assigned to a very supportive team, I like it when they include me to the decisions for the property assigned.
The challengesThe Engineering side is very great in terms of benefits, trainings, and compensation. The Accounting side they don't have a appropriate trainings for accounting, and always last in terms of compensations and benefits.

Slow growing company with minimal support
The good thingsIt is a growing company, though on a slow pace. Your input will be requested upon onboarding.
The challengesYour input will not have any bearing in the company's growth. Minimal to no onboarding procedures. If located on a remote area, the head office will only request for reports and little to no support will be given. The procedures and guidelines are constantly bent and are not well implemented in properties.

More Redundant Reports but Low Salary
The good thingsLucky to be under a understanding immediate supervisor.
The challengesNo support from so-called "support group". Current old employees has lower salaries compared to newly hired even with same position. No salary re-alignment was done even after how many years of endorsement. Additional compliance and report for on-site employees during pandemic but no additional benefits.

It was literally challenging but it honed me as a confident Accounting Officer
The good thingsI really enjoyed the working environment as well as working with different professionals in my team. I learned a lot not only in my field as an accountant but in many aspects of property management especially in the technical side wherein I gained knowledge about the basics of engineering.
The challengesRetention of employee/ talent is not the top priority.

    Information Security Officer in Management
The good thingsThe good things is I love the employee around the environment in head office. You will learn how to manage your time and to collaborate with other team.
The challengesThere is more challenges here in company, especially in management and the other department. They will not consider your value and effort in terms of work. The division group where InfoSec & Cybersecurity Department belong is not totally focused in Security topics and jobs, instead we are actually full focused in "Technical Support". Also, the IT Head is not aware in security terms and other topic about that. They only know is to work as Tech Support when you say INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER.

Too much stress and no support from head office at all. Pure false promises.
The good thingsThe people have talent but management refuses to acknowledge developments.
The challengesThere are a lot of challenges. Management needs to hear from the rank and file positions to understand the current state of company. Management is directive and condescending which needs to be changed. Also, during the pandemic, benefits are to be earned by working extra hours. No Compassion.

Its an average company, but in times of crisis you can't support at all
The good thingsIts good in getting good experience, but to stay here in work, you will get a second thought.
The challengesThe challenge in this company is how to deal with the upper management, theie management is always changing rules. Sometimes in just a blink of an eye.

    cybersecurity environment
The good thingsI love the environment, working with different department and people is awesome. they are attentive and willing to learn. i've learn a lot in terms of administrative task. engage with business meeting and requirements.
The challengesCurrently i will not recommend this company to work for information and cyber security domain, the company is not yet mature enough. working environment for I.T and Cybersecurity is not advisable and the position of I.T and Cybersecurity has a conflict of Interest into its reporting office and lack of man power. i hope it will change in the future, wishing all the best for FOPM.

The good thingsLot of knowledge. Company helps you to learn more on different parts of engineering.

A lot of challenges on HR side
The good thingsMid year bonus and year end bonus with multiplier is a plus especially for this company that gives a low monthly salary. Training modules are provided but your experience will help you a lot.

The experience is really good, specially in the technical side of engineering.
The good thingsYou will be expose to different kind of personality challenge. To be part of FOPM, you must/learn how to embody confidence all the time, because we are the front line support of the property, you may have a meeting with VIP of different raises, and that is something to proud of. Don't worry, FOPM will train you to bring out the best in you, they have trainers which is sarcastically fun but with a purpose. Surely, you will gain confidence, good friends, good environment and good time.
The challengesWhen it comes to property management, you will be dealing not only in your specific degree, for example, I am an electrical engineer, my focus will not only electrical alone, but also, civil, mechanical and others.
