    It was literally challenging but it honed me as a confident Accounting Officer
    The good thingsI really enjoyed the working environment as well as working with different professionals in my team. I learned a lot not only in my field as an accountant but in many aspects of property management especially in the technical side wherein I gained knowledge about the basics of engineering.
    The challengesRetention of employee/ talent is not the top priority.

    The good thingsWorking here really shows professionalism on property management field. Here everything has a standard at all areas like finance, admin, engineering, purchasing etc. This is an ISO accredited company and follows all imposed standards all over the managed properties.
    The challengesThe only challenges I face here is the transportation going to work and back home. That is given already but the said challege was addressed by the company by giving shuttle services. Over all the company sees what is essential for their employees.
