    Just a so, so experience.
    The good thingsThere are some good people working in the company. My immediate superior thought very well and keep on sharing things I still have to know.
    The challengesLacking of training and management refresher for the employees. Managers are really not into it. Low salary packages. Competition among the employees which should have teamwork and camaraderie for a harmonious working process.

    The good thingsI enjoyed with my team, a lot of fun when we had working last month ago.And bonding with the admin department.
    The challengesI had challenge my work when we were set up all network connections and computer system in the second building. Including RFID,CCTV,Telephone and Internet. I am the one who manage the all node cable going to second building.
