Great working environment and supportive colleaguesThe good thingsThis is my second BPO company and the atmosphere here is far different compared to the previous one. I don't feel overwhelmed and out of place. I know my role here and it's clear that this is a company that values growth for its employees.
The challengesThe office can definitely be improved in the future so that there is more space since we are continuously growing in numbers.
