    Great Place to Work!
    The good thingsAll the employees here are very friendly and easily to approach. They are not strict unlike other companies. If there are any escalation from the client - they will provide full support and not point any finger. All I can say is I have a well balance life here.
    The challengesNothing bad at all in my standard. All I can say is try it, and experience it yourself.

    Great working environment and supportive colleagues
    The good thingsThis is my second BPO company and the atmosphere here is far different compared to the previous one. I don't feel overwhelmed and out of place. I know my role here and it's clear that this is a company that values growth for its employees.
    The challengesThe office can definitely be improved in the future so that there is more space since we are continuously growing in numbers.

    The good thingsGood culture inside. There is Career growth. Management is working hard to deliver good services to employees. Pay is at par to market trends and hopefully will continue to increase as time goes by.
    The challengesYou have to meet the skillset and qualifications in order for you to qualify for the ramping roles. And you need to have the proper mindset and attitude in order for you to deliver your role's responsibilities.

    The challengesThe only challenge I had was finding the task or job that suits me. In my five years I worked with different accounts and had to deal with different clients. Which is difficult because I had to go back to zero, train hard all the time and do everything to make clients satisfied.

    Company Does Not Value People.

    The challengesTeam Leaders, Managers (mostly), and Senior Manager are not leader-material. They have all the characteristics of a "boss". They only take credits for things that are good and always blames other people from other department for the bad ones.

    The good thingsI gained many friends and get acquainted to our superiors through team building and good sportsmanship. We love our job here and it really boosts our morale if we handled it with care and achieving our goals.

    The good thingsWorking with Focusinc had been fun. I didn't feel as an employee but as a part of the family. Great benefits and working environment will surely be worth the duration of your stay. This is not your typical call center. You are working while having fun. Your colleagues will surely be your good friends given the quality of people the recruitment team hire.

    An Unconventional BPO
    The good thingsThe work environment is great, it was fun. They also have a fixed schedule, unless it's Daylight Savings Time - they follow all of the timezones of USA. They have multiple accounts but not limited to your run-of-the-mill Contact support, cause they have VA positions as well.
    The challengesThe lack of exercise equipments and resting quarters proves to be a challenge. Also the lack of a clinic and a nurse, and a doctor. But all of these may soon change once they acquire their own building (I hope).
