    Wonderful Experience without worthwhile benefits
The good thingsGood day, Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my employment experience. My experience working with FEU Diliman has been fruitful and enjoyable. The academic environment provided meaningful opportunities for professional growth, particularly in teaching, curriculum development, and student engagement, which contributed positively to my career development as an educator. However, in comparison with the top universities in the Philippines, I observed that the security of tenure and the overall benefits package were relatively lower. While the institution offers valuable learning and professional exposure, these aspects were areas where improvement could be considered to better support long-term faculty retention. Overall, I am grateful for the experience and the opportunity to grow professionally .
