    Great for early careers
The good thingsThere will be a lot of opportunities to learn since you will be working with experienced professionals who are very much willing to impart knowledge
The challengesNo sense of responsibility from other department. You have to follow up your requests multiple times especially when you are coordinating with senior level employees. The company does not hire additional staff which results to more workload to existing employees with no merit increase

Above and Beyond This Difficult time
The good thingsFirst, we are still operating despite many losses we have endured and continuously enduring this trying time. WE are aware how difficult things are nowadays with the economic impact of the pandemic not just in the Philippines but across the globe. most of our competitors had to close their doors. Leaving some of the people we used to work with, now job less. We have jobs, we have food on our table, we are covered by grace and we were not left on our own to fend for ourselves. Our management works really hard to find work for us. They themselves are going out finding clients so we can continue working. We've lost a lot of team members along the way that made things more difficult for those who were left. But, we are here and we are trying to survive this pandemic in the hopes of getting back to our previous health so we can provide jobs to those who lost theirs. We are blessed.
The challengesThe time itself is challenging. I believe all companies are just trying to survive this pandemic.

    FLEXIBILITY AT ITS FINEST
The good thingsThey call their employees as family and team members. good for someone who are in entry level. easy access for transportation.
The challengesThey lack people so they maximize the people who is present. This company is so great but it needs so much improvement specially in taking care of their people. I believe this company can be #1 in the industry but there is so many things to improve, evaluate and check. Working traditionally in this type of times is not applicable. No environment of promotion. not working systematically how it used to be. people are so easy.

    Experience wise, a great company.
The good thingsOne thing I like about the company is the working schedule. I have to enjoy weekends because of the Mon-Fri schedule. Lunch is free and healthy, coffee is cheap but great. If you're on the office position, you would totally enjoy the company setup.
The challengesSalary. Being a Project Engineer, we are on the profit-making group. We have to keep up with clients unending requests and unmeasurable pressure to get things done. But it felt like my inputs are way more than what the company pays me.

    Good working environment, Poor management
The good thingsThe good things in Fabtech is you will love working with your co-workers. The work and life is balance. You will meet more friends and nice people. I love working in fabtech during my stay for almost 2 years. I love my work so much. And if given a chance to come back, i would recommend to fix the management and how they deal with the employees.
The challengesI recommend to be more good in employees so they have no fear to management. And also the salary rate must be fix monthly not daily. Only the managerial postion are in monthly salary basis. The Rank and File employees are the one who deal in too much strees in work. They must be valued more so they can stay for this reason. Also find some ways to stops politics in work. Some workers in fabtech sees enemy in other employee. Learn to love yourself, work and co workers for the good outcome.

    Very Dynamic
The good thingsFabtech is a very dynamic company and is constantly changing. If you learn how to adapt, you can learn a lot. Management also prioritizes its people by feeding us in a really nice canteen.
    The challengesLack of consistency.

    CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The good thingsThe management cares a lot about its employees that they are willing to provide assistance when needed. Everyone is treated like family. Office is more like a home to most of us. People who work here are like brothers and sisters to one another. You know you are working in a kind environment when people are productive and have their families taken care of. We will have a nursery in the company very soon. A move that not all companies here in the Philippines are willing to take.
The challengesThere are some concerns with regard to program adjustment. Since this is a company running for 30 years, some people are traditional and conservative.-business systems wise.

    INNOVATIVE
The good thingsThis is the first time I worked for a company that creates additional line of businesses to cater their customers which means the company is flexible enough to think of new ways to improve their service which in a way benefits its people by means of providing more work and more opportunity to grow and build better networks.
The challengesThe early schedule and the compressed work week can be a bit challenging for those who are not accustomed to long work hours.

    Challening
The good thingsThe company pays good for people who are willing to perform. Requirement for flexibility and patience is high since you really need to adjust often.
The challengesthe management is highly reactive to things sometimes without giving people the chance to explain the way they perform their jobs. Which is kind of sad. But normal in a corporate life, I think.

    FLEXIBLE COMPANY
The good thingsThis is the first time that I experienced a company that gives birth to new companies depending on client and market need. With this movement, as an employee, it gives more opportunity to grow and explore other career options.
The challengesHigh sense of urgency is required to be able to not just survive but thrive in a fast moving company. Flexibility is something that one needs to work on too.

    Open for Opportunity
The good thingsThe good thing with a family corporation is that if you are talented more opportunities will be open for you since your hard work is easily recognized. The management is open in providing opportunities for those who are willing to take additional responsibilities.
The challengesSince it is a family corporation, politics is somewhat high. change is also something to be prepared for. Constant movement is something an employee must be open to. If you are the kind of employee who hates change, it will be a bit challenging to adjust. Requirement for flexibility is really high.
