    Great for early careers
The good thingsThere will be a lot of opportunities to learn since you will be working with experienced professionals who are very much willing to impart knowledge
The challengesNo sense of responsibility from other department. You have to follow up your requests multiple times especially when you are coordinating with senior level employees. The company does not hire additional staff which results to more workload to existing employees with no merit increase

Above and Beyond This Difficult time
The good thingsFirst, we are still operating despite many losses we have endured and continuously enduring this trying time. WE are aware how difficult things are nowadays with the economic impact of the pandemic not just in the Philippines but across the globe. most of our competitors had to close their doors. Leaving some of the people we used to work with, now job less. We have jobs, we have food on our table, we are covered by grace and we were not left on our own to fend for ourselves. Our management works really hard to find work for us. They themselves are going out finding clients so we can continue working. We've lost a lot of team members along the way that made things more difficult for those who were left. But, we are here and we are trying to survive this pandemic in the hopes of getting back to our previous health so we can provide jobs to those who lost theirs. We are blessed.
The challengesThe time itself is challenging. I believe all companies are just trying to survive this pandemic.

    Experience wise, a great company.
The good thingsOne thing I like about the company is the working schedule. I have to enjoy weekends because of the Mon-Fri schedule. Lunch is free and healthy, coffee is cheap but great. If you're on the office position, you would totally enjoy the company setup.
The challengesSalary. Being a Project Engineer, we are on the profit-making group. We have to keep up with clients unending requests and unmeasurable pressure to get things done. But it felt like my inputs are way more than what the company pays me.
