Good working environment, Poor managementThe good thingsThe good things in Fabtech is you will love working with your co-workers. The work and life is balance. You will meet more friends and nice people. I love working in fabtech during my stay for almost 2 years. I love my work so much. And if given a chance to come back, i would recommend to fix the management and how they deal with the employees.
The challengesI recommend to be more good in employees so they have no fear to management. And also the salary rate must be fix monthly not daily. Only the managerial postion are in monthly salary basis. The Rank and File employees are the one who deal in too much strees in work. They must be valued more so they can stay for this reason. Also find some ways to stops politics in work. Some workers in fabtech sees enemy in other employee. Learn to love yourself, work and co workers for the good outcome.
