    The good and the bad
The good thingsFlexible time, people oriented, learning opportunities. It favors employees due to its lax environment. Employees can actually have a life outside of work. Evidently the good area of this organization.
The challengesPoor leadership vision and priorities, extremely limited career growth, absence of business development. The location leadership prioritizes too much on side activities such as sports fest and community service responsibilities. The business side has been taken granted for and there is very little or a struggle to place efforts on the business side. Management is also resistant to change and disruptive ways of working.
