The good thingsI have enjoyed my experience at TOA Global so far. The training has been very informative and well-structured, which has helped me better understand the processes and expectations of the role. I also appreciate the supportive environment, where colleagues and trainers are approachable and willing to assist whenever needed. Overall, it has been a positive learning experience that is helping me grow both professionally and personally.
The challengesThere were a few challenges during the training, particularly adjusting to the pace of new information and understanding some of the processes at the beginning. At times, it required extra effort to fully absorb and apply what was being discussed. However, with continued practice and exposure, it became easier to follow and understand the tasks.
