    Not an exceptional working experience at advertised
    The good thingsNothing really great here. The exceptional working experience slogan is just a gimmick.
    The challengesThe amount of workload is high. We need to extended a lot of overtime work. Salary is less competitive if you stay here. Better get out of here as the HR and Management give competitive salaries only to new employees. Current employees are not compensated well enough. Some Managers are subjective when it comes to progression and promotion. Office politics is rampant here. There are lots of admin works on top of your current workload. Stressful and toxic environment.
