    no job security. external employees are literally second rate citizens of the company.
    The good thingsthe workload is manageable
    The challengesall new employees are on a contractual basis which means that you don't have job security. lots of manual trackers and admin tasks that have nothing to do with the actual job that i do.

    So far its smooth and good work life balance. So far so good
    The good thingsPeople are kind and respectful. Employees are energetic and well motivated in their job. Facilities are nice and engaging.
    The challengesThe challange is if you can able or quickly adapt to the platform assigned to you as they are using specific and some are non statndard platform. They have complete training though...
