    no job security. external employees are literally second rate citizens of the company.

    The challengesall new employees are on a contractual basis which means that you don't have job security. lots of manual trackers and admin tasks that have nothing to do with the actual job that i do.

    it has so much potential but the management needs to be changed or be replaced because they're very traditional and it's not like a multinational company operates

    The challengesNo growth in finance position. Politics everywhere. Leaders are incompetent and have a poor managing skills. They are rating their employees thru recommendation(word of mouth) instead of having a reporting team that measures the accuracy of every employee.

    The good thingsManagement is friendly and easy to approach, colleagues are also friendly. The job is easy to do as long as you meet their requirements. The benefits is very good because you will expect to stay longer in this company and also a great start to earn your retirement and savings plan in this company.
    The challengesSome pressure from the customer and very demanding. Basic pay should increase a little bit aside from the incentives. And also that they could conduct some incentives.
