The good things-Humanistic approach in managing the employees
-All employees are equals. Although there is clear designation of roles, from top management down to the non-executives, hierarchy is not enforced. No need to address one another with flowery name prefixes or titles within the company.
-There are so many things to learn. It truly is an eye-opening experience to be working in this company.
The challenges-Might be required to travel out of town frequently to meet customers. Traveling may sometimes take a toll on one's health
-Some days can be quite too busy that you're monitoring several things at a time, but the upside is that your team members will be there to help you
