    The good things-Humanistic approach in managing the employees -All employees are equals. Although there is clear designation of roles, from top management down to the non-executives, hierarchy is not enforced. No need to address one another with flowery name prefixes or titles within the company. -There are so many things to learn. It truly is an eye-opening experience to be working in this company.
    The challenges-Might be required to travel out of town frequently to meet customers. Traveling may sometimes take a toll on one's health -Some days can be quite too busy that you're monitoring several things at a time, but the upside is that your team members will be there to help you

    The good thingsWhen you want or looking for a company that will help you to grow professionally, then you should be in Esco. The company really trains employees to be their best. The management assures that they keep in touch with the employees and help them in achieving their goals and meeting the deadlines. The management is very approachable and helpful to everyone.

    The good thingsThere is a sense of belonging. Like you are really part of the organization and that you matter to them big time. A workplace with good management, open communication and minimal autocracy. Add to this a pretty good compensation package and an awesome employee engagement team.
    The challengesNo company is ever perfect. Sometimes it's just confusing when it comes to authority as you will have managers all over the place. Sometimes escalation or getting approval can be confusing.

    The good thingsEsco is not a typical company. The company is in flat organization and you can talk directly to the BOD. The good thing about this is you can raise problems or ask approval for proposal to the bosses making the work process faster and simpler. The bosses are also very approachable and friendly, they guide the employees on their tasks and helps them in getting the tasks done.

    The good thingsike a trusted brand that I used for more than 10 years now is like Esco that I trusted for more than 10 years. I learned the hard way to achieve what is mean for me and what is achievable for the Company. Great people are here and they have the ability to share a positive experience and learnings. The benefits are all good, the top management is very considerate and humble and I can justify that because of the years that I have spent for Esco.
