The good thingsThe good things I can say about my work is taking to different kinds of people, sharing the campaign joyfully and with emotions, not just staying in one place but we travelled a lot- goes to another places to fundraise and most especially, they encourage a work-life balance- I only work 35 hours per week and the schedule is flexible. This is a people business and everyone is taught to be a leader.
The challengesThe challenges working for this company are attitude-on how you deal with your workmates and the customers, mindset- you really have to begin with an end in mind, you have to be positive on all the things that comes in the way.
