A stressful and unsustainable work environment marked by micromanagement, blurred boundaries, and unstable operations. The good thingsThere are no good things about this company.
The challengesWorking at Greenbulb was not a great experience for me. The micromanagement was overwhelming. My supervisor would constantly check on my progress, even for tasks that seemed created just to make up for their own lack of effort. They had little respect for personal time, often messaging or calling me after hours for tasks that were clearly not urgent but were framed as if they were. I was also pushed to work beyond my actual role just to help keep operations running and win potential accounts. It felt like the company was barely staying afloat. Many of the roles, including mine, were consultant based, likely due to their limited annual budget.
