Poco Deli is your little neighborhood European delicatessen. Established in 2008 by Chef Joy and charcutier Sonny de Leon. We make artisan specialty meats, bacon, sausages, pastrami, and corned beef in small batches in the traditional slow methods using prime meats and spices, natural wood smokers, and natural curing/dry aging techniques. We have shops in Kapitolyo, Ayala Triangle, and BGC/Fort Bonifacio. In 2012, we decided to open EPIC Cafe, a cafe dedicated to "driving travel and adventures- fueled by coffee". Our vision is to collaborate with local farmers, artisans, photographers, travellers to explore the roads and beaches less traveled in our beloved Philippines. EPIC has cafes in Kapitolyo and BGC, and will soon open and explore in the island of Coron in Palawan.
